○ Manage your Accounts Receivable by creating sales invoices, reconciling your customers’ payments, and sending reminders for overdue invoices.

○ Manage your Accounts Payable by raising supplier bills in Xero, keeping track of the due dates, and sending you a weekly pay run for outstanding bills that need to be settled.

○ Work on your payroll settings, enroll your employees in Xero, run payroll, and send your employees their pay slip weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

○ Process your spend money and receive money items in the bank feed into the appropriate accounting ledgers, reviewing all the transactions every month.

○ Send you custom-made management reports including Profit & Loss analysis once a month.

○ Review your Balance Sheet and communicate what’s happening in your business in layman’s terms.

○ Help you with your business plans particularly on expense budgeting.
